Mike listened intently as I described our requirements to redesign our shipping room. He left with measurements and my very rough drawings. Within a few days he submitted his designs which incorporated all of my ideas, some of his own and the necessary elements to construct these large free standing structures safely. He far surpassed the other bidding contractors in cooperation as well as price.

I don’t often take the time to sit down and write a review; for a few reasons. The main reason is because today not too many companies are worth reviewing. They are simply OK. I hate to sound like an old man, but ‘back in my day’ service organizations as a whole took more pride in their work than they do today. But not A+ Concrete Restoration. I was impressed with them even before they began to do the job I hired them to do. Their website is very well done, the people who handle the phones, the workers and last but not least… Mike & Lori. They should consider changing the company name to A+++ Concrete Restoration! I would very highly recommend this company!!!

A+ Concrete was an excellent choice for my concrete repairs. A large tree root had lifted up the concrete, creating a major trip hazard on a heavily traveled walkway. They removed the root and poured fresh concrete. After applying a non-slip, colored treatment to the concrete, it looks better than ever. We also had a drainage problem where water would flood due to poor grading. ****, the owner, suggested building up the existing concrete, creating a gradual slope, guiding the water to the drain….no more flooding! Excellent work by his crew. Always on time, and tries to find the best solution to your problem, while trying to save you money. Will definitely call on them again whenever I have a concrete issue.

When we decided to do our driveway over, I took the name out of the phone book not knowing anything about concrete, driveways, pouring, tearing up, painting, not a thing. I called for a consultation and got such care, explanations and walked away knowing what I was talking about, how it’s done in steps and was sure eager to get going. Three men showed up one sunny morning and watching their expertise was amazing, and each one explained what and why they were doing that particular job. People in my neighborhood have been stopping to ask where, who and what do you call my hand sculptured beautiful driveway. This company is the greatest. It’s like you are the only customer they have, with the respect they give you and how kind their workers are. The workmanship is amazing.

Earlier this year, our condominium complex hired A+ to install brick pavers over a very large existing pool deck area. I’m a resident but also a contractor who was part of a committee to oversee the project. The process was long but because there is considerable research and development involved, that was expected. The end result was a flawless installation which as a professional in the industry myself, who expects nothing less, this company delivered. A+ gave our community exactly what they promised, a beautiful finished product.
