All floors designated to receive self-leveling cement are mechanically prepared AND CHEMICALLY CLEANED to establish the PROPER adhesion. SURFACE CRACKS AND HOLES WILL BE REPAIRED. The NEW CONCRETE material will be mixed and applied to the SUBSURFACE by hand. Once applied, the material is troweled smooth and allowed to dry. The patterns and colors are numerous.
